1️⃣ How do I book a car?

Bookings are confirmed once the £50 booking fee is paid (non-refundable).


2️⃣ What are the driver requirements?

• Minimum age: 18+

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months

• 1× Proof of ID (passport or driving licence)

• 1× Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)


3️⃣ What is the deposit amount?

£350 refundable deposit is required (higher for some vehicles).

Held for up to 14 days after return for any fines, fuel, or damage checks.


4️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?

💷 Cash or bank transfer only.

All payments must clear before handover or delivery.


5️⃣ Do you offer delivery and collection?

Yes — we provide delivery and collection anywhere in the UK.

Delivery fees depend on distance and location.

Within London, charges are typically £30–£60 each way (for delivery and pickup).

Timing usually takes 1–2 hours within London, depending on traffic.


6️⃣ How many miles are included?

Each rental includes 100 miles per day (e.g. 3 days = 300 miles).

Extra mileage can be purchased or charged per mile as stated in your rental agreement.


7️⃣ What is your fuel policy?

Return the car with the same fuel level as collected.

Missing fuel is charged plus a small admin fee.


8️⃣ Can I add an extra driver?

Yes — must be purchased and approved beforehand.

Each additional driver must provide valid ID and licence before pickup.


9️⃣ What if I get a ticket or fine?

All parking, speeding, ULEZ, or congestion fines are the renter’s responsibility.

Fines received later will be forwarded with proof and deducted from the deposit.


🔟 Can I extend my rental?

Yes, if the car is available.

Please contact us before your return time to confirm extension and payment.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the booking start time.

The £50 booking fee is non-refundable.
